Over 10+ years, 7 years in my current role this company has been amazing until that last 12 months. Over the last year the company has shifted and recently laid off 50%+ of its sales force in mortgage and has placed poor leadership in charge. They struggle to motivate, follow through on promises, and paint a picture of the new vision.

Overall the company tries its best to be inclusive and diverse with charities but if you work here you’ll be fired if you dye your hair pink. Very strict on appearance. Also, the goals keep getting higher even if you have a complete turnover of staff that won’t be trained fully for 2+ years to do everything for your role.
