Current Employee Overall the company tries its best to be inclusive and diverse with charities but if you work here you’ll be fired if you dye your hair pink. Very strict on appearance. Also, the goals keep getting higher even if you have a complete turnover of staff that won’t be trained fully for 2+ years to do everything for your role. It’s expected of you to make up for their lack of knowledge and training. Also, you don’t get paid for any product you sell if you don’t reach the branch goals - even though you have your own personal goals that you reach - you will not be paid.
