Former Employee The sales leadership does not put the effort of fair and equitable territory / vertical distribution ; does not put effort into designing realistic sales targets and the incentive structure is also not aligned with the expectations they may have. There isn't any opportunity to learn/improve as a sales person - its all on you. Sales enablement is is non existent and you are on your own to figure out everything.
