My overall experience has been okay. They are pretty lenient when it comes to work life balance and that has been great. Compensation was decent to me at one point but the opportunity to earn more has continued to diminish.l All the incentives have become team based only and most team members do not work towards the goal. The environment feels very high school-ish. They care more about planned events and playing games than making commission.

Very positive no complaints. Management has a solid vision and takes care of its employees. The product is top notch and an industry leader which has proven to be a catalyst in the heavy duty repair shop industry.
