Lots of growth pains. Don’t take experience and feedback from reps into consideration. Poor decision making. Bad at change preparation

The focus is currently on software growth instead of focusing on payments growth - which is where a vast majority of the revenue comes from.

This is a large company that has acquired over 80 different business units. The crux of working here is you have to be able to serve two masters; the company they acquired that you will work directly for and the corporate parent, FULLSTEAM. It’s an added challenge.
