Very aggressive micromanagement fear based culture. The Coronavirus of places to work, would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Zero flexibility, in office only, no work from home, strich check in time, EVERYONE must take lunch at the same time. Company struggles to hire people due to abundant amount of company workplace reviews. Owner of the company and his family the biggest drawback to the company. Employees are treated as disposable resources.

1 year was enough as its in office. I had better jobs so I cant say much but the company it self tend to employ people with to experience

Fusion sources product well, but it is a boiler room type environment. There is a ton of micromanagement and very little direction
