I loved my time at Go1! They prioritize hiring internally before considering outside candidates. My only struggle is sometimes communication can be tough because everyone is so spread out. Outside of that the culture was great, and diversity was always top of mind.

Good company, not a lot of downsides, but upside and lead flow is great. My critique would be because the company is global it can feel disconnected as a non-Australian employee.

Go1 is in the Learning & Development (L&D) space. The company saw a significant uptick in demand during the covid/WFH time. That time is done.
