Go1 was an excellent place to work during my first two years. Since then, what was a strong partnership ecosystem with rich lead flow, competitive compensation structure and leaders that positively contributed to the culture, have all dwindled. Outbound motion is my strong suit, yet the org has little to no structure, process or resources to support it and is scrambling to catch up now that the inbound has slowed. My first two managers were excellent and directly contributed to two banners for me personally. Since then a restructure landed me under the worst manager I've experienced in my professional career. I would not recommend Go1 during this current phase.

Lots of change happening, not the positive type: layoffs and turnover. Historically better than it is now. Hopeful the culture and positivity will come back, seems to now be trending in the right direction, but not a lot of transparency or communication happens between ic’s and executives.

The company is friendly and they have a very flexible work environment but the inbound leads have run nearly dry and they are pushing outbound metrics like non-stop cold calling. That's all well and good but our data is so messy that outbounding is tough.
