Former Employee They hired some truly terrible and evil people, that did a lot of damage to the company.
The issue is the founders and the home-grown talent lacks the experience needed to run a 200+ employee org.
They rely on the guidance from their private equity backers too much to drive the business.
They don’t know what they are doing, so the issues are everywhere. They can’t retain great talent, which will always prevent the company from achieving success.
