You must be able to obtain self sourced business. Once you close a deal, corporate will target that lead for future business. You have to stay in front of your clients, which you should be doing anyways.

Great company, self source all leads. No base. The mortgage industry is down 90% over the past 2 years so it’s slow everywhere. This is truly a great company if you can 100% self source. If you need some leads or internal leads this isn’t the place for you.
