Current Employee They incentivize skilled sellers with a large OTE and claims of "mostly inbound" leads. You are then micromanaged on every facet of your job with subjective + high level sales advice with no actual substance, despite being brought on for your existing skillsets. 70-80% of the inbound leads are disqualified. Some leadership is incredible in terms of coaching, some have no clue what they're talking about. Total roll of the die in terms of who you get.
