I started at Harvey a few months ago. The team is extremely smart, driven, and many come from amazing companies as top performers. It's very fast paced to be on the frontlines of AI, and the opportunity for Harvey to be a generational company feels very real. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the amount of inbound leads and response rates with my outreach. Harvey seems to have very positive and widespread brand recognition in the legal industry. Selling to lawyers and legal roles is certainly different that what I did before, so that has been the one adjustment to call out. With that said, it feels like the ground is shifting under the industry with AI getting better and better.

Overall, Harvey is an intense place to work, and the culture can feel toxic at times. The mid-market team is noticeably less toxic than enterprise thanks to stronger leadership, but the fear-based environment is still very present. Quotas for mid-market are also extremely high, which adds to the pressure.
