It is a good opportunity for a summer job or to start in sales but not much room for upward growth. The main thing is to make sure to be ready to have long days in not so desirable weather.

Wonderful experience. It’s fully eat what you kill. Personally, leadership was fantastic for me, but can also depend on who you work with. There are many teams. This job helps you build an entrepreneurial spirit. There will be more sales/personal development at hawx than any other company out there.
