Current Employee Pros: Good people, good and reasonable leadership, tech that's somewhat known in the market, some inbound leads that already use it, no one looks over your shoulder. Cons: Onboarding doesn't exist, complex tech, no compelling events, nice to have, very few really need it, still sorting out messaging.
