Former Employee My overall experience here was extremely disappointing. HH2 had a toxic sales culture marked by constant firings, unrealistic quotas, and a lack of transparency from leadership. Reps were frequently placed on PIPs with little support or coaching, creating an environment of fear rather than growth. The culture prioritized blame over accountability, and morale suffered as a result. In my first four months alone, I saw 11 Account Executives leave due to the horrible leadership and lack of direction. The financial outlook of the company also appeared unstable — at one point, the DocuSign subscription went unpaid for nearly a week, preventing the team from even sending contracts. While the product had potential, the mismanagement and instability made success nearly impossible.
