Not good. Management is very bad. Disconnect from on the ground reps and higher ups. Certain teams are favored. No leads coming in for an all inbound role. Quotas are literally impossible to achieve.

My overall experience was okay, good people who want to help you, nice start up vibes, free lunch at the office and snacks. The pay was so low and they labeled us as Account Executives when in reality it was a simple inside sales job. Lots of coaching and micromanaging. Had to leave because of how low the pay was.

The company does not care about the sales org, so they are constantly adding additional responsibilities or stating we don't work hard enough.

Homebase is a great organization that strives to truly help small business owners be successful as they start and grow. The team is inclusive and encouraging, but there is a lack of internal growth opportunities in the last 2 years.
