The company has overhired in 2025. They have tripled the size of the sales team and continue to hire more people. The company reduced spending on leads, resulting in a significant drop in reps meeting quota. They refuse to admit that they screwed over reps with overhiring and openly admitted to reducing marketing spend. The company is blaming the reps for their mistakes, which just shows the writing is on the wall. Senior reps have been leaving, and crucial upper management in finance and legal have been exiting. The company seems to be ramping up for a possible acquisition as their only focus is growth and their bottom line, with no care for the way that impacts employees.
