The company has overhired in 2025. They have tripled the size of the sales team and continue to hire more people. The company reduced spending on leads, resulting in a significant drop in reps meeting quota. They refuse to admit that they screwed over reps with overhiring and openly admitted to reducing marketing spend. The company is blaming the reps for their...Read More

This company is very competitive in it's space, however expectations are not realistic and most of the sales team is not hitting quota. There is literally a monthly slideshow featuring team members who have *hit* quota. If your sales expectations are realistic, people should not have to be paraded just for meeting the goal.
