Great company, sales team was a beast but had some of the best colleagues in the market. They didn’t shy away from newcomers but also expected the same out of you from an experienced salesman once you were through training. Was sad to leave but had something with more base better comp plan show up.

Quite honestly, I have nothing bad I could say about Horizontal Talent. I managed a fantastic enterprise account, had incredible teammates and pretty solid earnings for a young sales rep in the space. The leadership at Horizontal is top notch and knows how to create success in the tech staffing space.
