They've lost their edge against their competitors in terms of product fit to market. They do not have an AI roadmap. Negative online product reviews are terrible - especially around poor UI. And Earnix is winning most / all deals in the USA. But the biggest challenge is the terrible culture with how the CXO team treats / belittles their employees. Mass firings / quittings across the board. Final word of caution. They asked us to leave positive reviews on this website.

Very strong product market fit, positioning and messaging. High ownership culture. High expectations. Some rigid rules around in office presence, but communicated clearly upfront (2 days per week)
