Former Employee hyperexponential has some of the smartest, most ambitious, and competent people I’ve worked with. The US team in particular has built a close-knit, collaborative and fun culture - people genuinely support each other and celebrate wins together. The product is excellent and clearly delivers value to customers - the fact that there’s been zero churn to date really speaks for itself.
That said, the in-office culture is quite rigorous and can feel a bit intense at times. There’s also a fair amount of ambiguity - targets and priorities often shift as the company continues to find its footing in the US market, and there’s definitely pressure to hit ambitious goals. This can be challenging, especially with a new team, limited tenure, and relatively little marketing infrastructure. However, I'm confident much of it will sort itself out with time, it's part of joining a fast-growing scaleup that’s taking its first steps in a new region.
