Pros: -Good product -Smaller sales team -Weekly dinners and pizza lunches -Opportunities to attend tradeshows Cons: -Toxic culture -Toxic management -Some territories are fair, some are not -Little to no training/career development -Revolving door (constantly firing people/people quitting)
