My overall experience, lots of great people and amazing businesses. Leaderships lacks strategy and clarity when developping new partnerships. So they start asking people to sale with new quotas, low incentive and no talk-track to guide them. Then if you go above and beyond, they tend to prefer external hires for new leadership positions - no career development talk until they promote someone outside and suddenly want to keep you.

Stellar org in terms of management trying to help you achieve your highest potential. Immense room for growth internally. Product has multiple known issues that leadership is turning a blind eye on. Compensation is below market median for most positions.

Great company with new Leadership. Great work-life balance as well as great inbound opportunity flow. Achieving OTE is very realistic as opposed to other organizations.
