My overall experience, lots of great people and amazing businesses. Leaderships lacks strategy and clarity when developping new partnerships. So they start asking people to sale with new quotas, low incentive and no talk-track to guide them. Then if you go above and beyond, they tend to prefer external hires for new leadership positions - no career development talk...Read More
