Great people to work with, aside from the owner. He has a God complex, and if you disagree with him in anyway, he will find a way to get rid of you. Overall, I loved working there, just wish the owner would take a step back and let the sales department do their jobs.

Great training available to learn how to sell SAAS products, but timing is far too long to close a sale. They would hire 13 people, and lose 12 in a few months. Constant turnover, and pressure to make you quit. 70% commissions sound nice if you’re making sales, but average sales value kept decreasing, and time to close sales kept extending the longer I stayed. I love the ownership, but they are far behind the times when it comes to base salary. The management requires on site work only. Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.
