I love the ownership, but they are far behind the times when it comes to base salary. The management requires on site work only. Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.

My overall experience has been fairly positive. You can make good money with commissions and they were upfront with me on how I would need to be patient to start seeing consistent deals coming through. Not good. Company viewed as a dictatorship; you are just a number that is viewed as replaceable under any means. Commission checks take months, low hourly pay ($10/hr), and commissions are cut if VP's and CEOs think the commission is too high. Dramatic office, terrible insurance, and no culture.
