The company consistently pushes the envelope when it comes to product innovation. What you’re selling is genuinely the best on the market, which makes closing deals much easier once you’re in front of a client. It’s a solid place to start a sales career, especially if you want experience selling a strong product and are willing to grind.
That said, this is not a long-term play.
Sales leadership is deeply entrenched in outdated methods, and they’re not going anywhere. Despite what’s promised, there’s little to no real career advancement. There’s a lot of surface-level culture talk, especially around being a “family,” but once you leave, it’s clear you were just a number tied to revenue. Don’t buy into the “we’re family” messaging; it doesn’t reflect the reality.
Compensation can be great if you’re willing to be on the road 70 to 80 percent of the time, but the travel demands can take a real toll on your personal life. If you’re looking for genuine growth, leadership support, or work-life balance, this probably isn’t the right fit for the long haul.
