Former Employee I worked at the company for 2.5+ years. Over that time, management has gotten worse and that trickled all the way down. They changed commission structure saying it was better when in fact you were making a fraction of the money you were before, managers loved to micromanage abf were also micromanaged themselves. No care about employees or their health. Before I made the decision to resign, they laid off probably 40 people with no warning and then told others to be lucky they have a job and did more work for even less pay. I was one of their top performers, but their lack of trust in employees, continuous micro managing if even their best employees, and continuous promises never having action were too much.
