I rated my experience with Kafene as not good based upon the lack of organizational structure and knowledge. High base salary tons of turnover. The LTO space is ok in general nearly as fun as selling copiers or water coolers.

My overall experience was fair. Leadership is lacking from the VP of sales down to the RVPs. The training is abysmal, although I think they have finally designated that responsibility. There is a large disconnect between Area Sales Managers and Enterprise which results in a ton of missed opportunities in the market. I often felt as though the competition was running...Read More
