Current Employee It's gone downhill unfortunately. I would no longer recommend to a friend or family member.
The company mission's great and there's no cold calling which is nice, as the sales function is pretty much all post-purchase.
However, goals are consistently unattainable as of the last 6 months or so. There's too many people pulling too few leads due to an organizational restructure, and too slow of a reaction from upper management to fix the issue or really show much empathy about it. Nothing about the current state was unforeseeable.
It's disheartening to see top performers now struggling to barely hit goal, and wondering if/when things will improve. I hope they do, and quickly.
