The leadership appears to have lost the plot. With everyone overachieving the pay structure needs a complete overhaul. As well as a push for more honesty and integrity within the company.

My overall experience has been positive. The base salary is low compared to similar positionsin the market, but the variable comp and spiffs make it an attractive role. Good product / market fit.
