Current Employee Weird internal dynamic where leadership has failed to set the company up for success and the change management was very poorly handled.
They have an internal team called PSO that quite frankly talk the talk but have never walked the walked in this newer selling environment.
You need a restructure operationally. A new marketing team. Event planner. Customer experience. These 3 pillars are lacking hard. Also, people are slow to deliver if they are not held accountable (which is the case for every single role except for sales due to the quota) Browse Other Reviews
