Former Employee Due to the nature of LinearB being a startup, there aren't many internal resources for learning, development, and training.
There isn't a black/white path for promotion into AE although it isn't very difficult to hit targets.
The ICP is very clear, leadership cares, but could use enablement and more emphasis on onboarding and ensuring new hires are well equipped to do outbound prospecting.
otherwise if you have prior SDR experience and are gritty, you'll find success at LinearB.
