Former Employee As a top performer, I left this role because of how unhealthy and toxic the sales culture is. Particularly the COO, David Berk is where this stems from.
Fear motivated leadership. Making up your “unlimited PTO”. Quota changed multiple times. Name calling, slurs, threats— in particular he constantly harped about my weight. If I were to lose some, I’d be a better salesmen.
