New product offering has increased leadflow and opportunity. Management does not offer competitive base salaries, any sort of accelerator or spiff, and only one member of the sales team is meeting quota.

As a top performer, I left this role because of how unhealthy and toxic the sales culture is. Particularly the COO, David Berk is where this stems from. Fear motivated leadership.
