Lipman’s portfolio is unmatched, the market overall has been down 18% as consumers are moving from wine to THC and RTDs - also since wine went into grocery in TN that’s been a challenge. The pay is commission and incentives only

Not entirely sure about this company, the wine and spirits industry is dying anyway so they're having to reshuffle a lot.
