Current Employee Doesn't really have PMF. Lots of Account Executives hired on in 2025, but inbound is scarce.
Leadership is so far removed from sales, no idea how to help or enable Account Executives. Sales leaders are just score keepers, asking when a deal will close, even though it's updated in Hubspot, Google Docs, Google Sheet and Google PowerPoint.
Because of 25+ new Account Executives in 120 days, less than 30% of the team will hit quota. Maybe 50% will stay with the company in 2026. "Growth at all cost"
Good role if you're here for the base salary and ramp. Might hit 25% of quota. Maybe one or two account executives will hit their full OTE number.
