Current Employee Magid is a decent place to gain foundational sales experience, especially for those starting their career. My managers were supportive and approachable, but the higher-level leadership and company structure could be more consistent - compensation is not good at all . In 2025, the organization went through too many changes too quickly, which made it challenging to stay aligned and focused. It’s a solid entry point to learn the fundamentals of sales, but not ideal for long-term growth or stability.
