My overall experience is good. Intuit Mailchimp is very caring of their people. I find that the sales org is very new and is making alot of changes to try and find their way. This is overall good but is a bit frustrating. There have been no layoffs at Intuit Mailchimp which I see as very good sign of the business model and good management.

Just got laid off from Intuit Mailchimp after they hired a new VP of sales. Very saddening because I was the 16th hire for their sales team and I was sold on the fact that we would be building something great and new. And now they are outsourcing my team with contractors who are making less and will probably offer less quality.
