Former Employee Markt-Pilot has a great product and does amazing work for machine manufacturers. The leadership is terrible. The company is run from Germany and focused on high-growth and numbers, not on people.
There is little understanding of the US market or US business practices. The company looks amazing at the start and they are really good at selling themselves, but within a few months I became aware of how toxic the environment is.
The culture is obsessed with metrics and "results" without any proper enablement of anyone. I watched highly effective SDRs be publicly humiliated and called out for not doing enough. I watched very qualified account executives be ridden into the ground.
Leadership was constantly talking about how much they cared and then in their actions showed that all they cared about was hitting metrics and people working overtime. The "hustle culture" was incredibly toxic.
I was fired after 8 months for not performing. I had done everything asked of me including leading the SDR team in dials, moving from AE to Customer Success at the request of the Head of North America, and building a complex dashboard that ended up getting adopted by the German CS team.
