There is a lot of cold, calling into a small pool of lawyers. The top prospects will get a call from somebody different every 2 to 3 weeks. Inbound lead generation is nonexistent or only given out to select sales people.

Full-cycle role, mainly just calling off SF reports. Big difference in those who have been there for a long time (3+ years) and those who are new (27% retention rate approx 6 months). Not much help in creating reports or how to prospect more effectively, you just have to be kind of lucky.
