Current Employee Pros:
The culture is great and the people are extremely nice and helpful. The role of client manager has a direct correlation to the amount of sales reps hired. The more sales reps hired, the more customer service related your job becomes. I think the company is going to flourish over the next 4-5 years with what they do and how they do it.
Cons:
Pay is low and there is not a lot of growth opportunities since it’s a smaller company. The clients can be draining over the phone. This roles success is too often dependent on things outside of your reach so it can be defeating.
Overall:
Great opportunity with great people. It is dependent on where you are in life and your career though.
