Overall, good product market fit, market is becoming more competitive and product is catching up. Metronome has the best clients and best positioned to win market. Sales leadership is not very hands-on... wants to solve lots of things with process/hiring v. getting in the boat with reps. I think this comes from a place of not wanting to micro-manage, but it leads to misalignment and lack of efficiency.

Pretty good place to work, but it's well known among employees that the salaries are profoundly mediocre despite the bar for talent bing actually quite high.
