Toxic leadership. Lack of direction and training. MOST new sales employees are outside of the favorites club! Meaning they are just there so that when they leave, their accounts can be handed to the favorite sellers. It's worse than a high-school clique. Don't walk, RUN from this organization.

Awful experience. They bring people on and fire them in less than 3-6 months. Their sole goal is to recruit AEs who can bring over business from bigger resellers. Whatever you do, don’t work here.

I worked here when it was called cStor. They were small potatoes in a big pond. They said they were a security VAR but really if it was outside the six security vendors they worked with, they didn’t know anything. They had a “CISO’ that was supposed to bring strategy to the table but I didn’t see any value in him.
