Current Employee Commissions can range from 30%to 80% depending on how well your previous 3 months have been. If you hit your quota, you get an extra 5% to that 30% and then it's supposed to increase up till 150% where they cap it at 80% commission. Depending on your territory and how you want to do your job, it could be D2D or all online.
