Former Employee Managing the decline daily- There are only a few BU's at Molex that are growing, everything else is managing the decline. Morale is crap and layoffs happen frequently. There are too many chiefs and not enough people to do the real work that needs to get done. They've let go of their most senior and knowledgeable staff so that the management can't be questioned by the employees that actually know what the "F" is happening. There are only a handful of people left who really know products and the why of the products. Stay away!
