Former Employee This was by far one of the worst companies I ever worked for. There 4 rounds of MASS layoffs in the 1.5 years I was there. Every team was operating on a skeleton crew, the sales engineers did not understand their own product so we would end up selling features that did not exist or were not possible and the client would be mad. Implementation team was the MOST incompetent team I ever worked with. They tracked projects on printed out pieces of paper in 2024...they did not use a project tracking software so implementation was very messy and they would through a HUGE fit if one box was checked incorrectly, when they never explained how to fill out project handoff forms. There was a very strong "product vs sales" culture at the office, except the product team has been there for 15+ years (which explained the manual paper project tracking process). Also, the head of the project team would consistently yell and berate the sales team on calls during handoffs for any small mistake on his manual paperwork because now he has to reprint the paper.
Executives do not care, stay far away.
