This is the most toxic and abusive company I have ever worked for. They don’t care about their employees, only the number. The company rarely hits plan and they have a high turnover. Terrible management, constant micromanaging, benefits are awful and they treat you awful if you have to take any type of leave (maternity/STD/FMLA).

The training and leadership is great, it’s a marketing agency with a saturated lead list. So they best opportunity for new reps to make money is a lot of outside prospecting
