Good entry for people right outside of uni, with no real background. Considered “sales” but more consulting and follow up based. Management micro-manages, youthful environment. Recent grads. Not for someone who wants to drive change, more for those who don’t mind the same day-to-day.

This is the most toxic and abusive company I have ever worked for. They don’t care about their employees, only the number. The company rarely hits plan and they have a high turnover. Terrible management, constant micromanaging, benefits are awful and they treat you awful if you have to take any type of leave (maternity/STD/FMLA).

A lot of people don't find success at Multiview as they're not willing to put in the work. If you work hard, you can make a lot of money. However, there are lot's of politics and internal affairs that make it difficult to want to stay for the long haul. Base pay is peanuts but very good commission and bonus structure.
