Current Employee the job and experience (not training) teaches you a lot of fundamentals in sales since you'd do the BDR, AE, and AM aspects during this job. You have the opportunity to learn a lot about the industries and gain insider knowledge. There's also lots of opportunity to make good money (commission, bonuses, and cash incentives). The downside is the heavy KPI monitoring, high effort expectations, and lack of leadership support for reps.
